1st shift CNC Production Supervisor

A.J. Rose Manufacturing is seeking a hands-on CNC Production Supervisor to lead our 1st Shift machining team at our Cleveland plant. This is an opportunity for a motivated manufacturing leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about safety, quality, employee development, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

• Lead and support CNC operators and production employees on 1st shift
• Ensure daily production, quality, safety, and delivery goals are achieved
• Coach, train, and develop team members to maximize performance
• Monitor staffing, attendance, productivity, and workflow
• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and Tooling teams
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that reduce downtime and improve efficiency
• Promote a positive, accountable, and safety-focused culture

What We're Looking For

• Manufacturing leadership experience, preferably in CNC machining or metal stamping
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to motivate teams and hold employees accountable
• Experience working with production schedules, quality standards, and performance metrics
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Lean manufacturing experience is a plus
