Summary
• Full-time, 1st shift opportunity in an automotive paint and finishing shop
• Buff and polish painted automotive parts to meet high-quality standards
• Perform wet sanding and light surface preparation as needed
• Inspect finished parts for defects and ensure a smooth, contaminant-free surface
• Ideal for candidates with automotive paint, body shop, or detailing experience
Responsibilities
• Wet sand parts with appropriate materials prior to buffing
• Buff and polish painted parts to achieve a smooth, contaminant-free finish
• Inspect painted parts for defects or imperfections and take corrective action
• Work closely with the painting team to ensure all parts meet quality specifications
• Perform light sanding and surface preparation prior to painting as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Requirements
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in paint buffing and polishing
• Knowledge of buffing equipment, compounds, and techniques
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify surface imperfections
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• No Saturdays, weekends, or holidays
