Assembly Operator – Tucson, AZ (Full-Time)
We are seeking detail-oriented individuals to join our team as full-time Assembly Operators. In this role, you will assemble and inspect electrical components to ensure high-quality products are delivered to customers.
Schedule & Pay:
- Full-time position
- Monday- Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Pay: $17.50/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble power distribution units (PDUs), cables, harnesses, and electro-mechanical components to specifications
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform basic electrical assembly tasks (soldering, crimping, wiring)
- Maintain clean and safe work areas and equipment
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Follow written and verbal work instructions accurately
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to read and follow technical instructions
- Basic knowledge of assembly tools and techniques required
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
Preferred Experience:
- 1+ year of assembly or manufacturing experience
- Familiarity with wiring, cables, or electrical components
