Job Overview
Nashville Wire is seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as General Laborers on the Powder Line. This position plays a key role in the powder coating process by assisting with the preparation, coating, inspection, and handling of metal wire products. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and ready to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload parts onto the powder coating line
- Prepare materials and products for the coating process
- Inspect finished products for quality and proper coating coverage
- Package and organize finished materials for shipment
- Follow production schedules and work instructions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with material handling and movement of products throughout the facility
- Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies
- Support team members and production goals as needed
