Customer Service Representative (Bilingual)

The hours will be 8:00 to 5:00 with an hour lunch break.
Pro Resources is hiring a bilingual Customer Service Representative for a short-term assignment with a multi-state manufacturing and service organization that produces and distributes license plates for multiple states. This fast-paced, team-oriented office/call center role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and prior call center experience. Training is provided and an immediate start is available.
The Customer Service Representative Will
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding license plate orders, status updates, and general inquiries
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Assist customers in both English and Spanish
- Document interactions and update customer records in the system
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient order processing
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality
Required Skills/Knowledge
- Bilingual: fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems efficiently
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
Skills/Knowledge Preferred
- Previous call center and/or customer service experience
- Experience with order entry, order tracking, or customer database/CRM systems
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to remain calm and courteous with frustrated or upset callers
- Sit for prolonged periods while using a computer, phone, and headset
- Occasionally lift up to 15 lbs.
Able to sit for extended periods, speak and listen clearly on the phone for most of the shift, view a computer monitor, type and enter data accurately, and communicate effectively in English and Spanish for a minimum 8-hour workday.
