Your Shift:
- Hours: 1:00 AM – 7:00 AM
- Days: Monday–Sunday (you choose your workdays in the app)
- Pay: $17.50/hour, paid every Friday (daily pay available through EarnIn)
- Location: Graphic Packaging, Marion, OH
What You’ll Do:
- Keep the line running – load cartons into machines, check for jams, and follow safety steps.
- Stay active on the floor – this role involves standing, lifting, and bending repetitively throughout your shift.
- Catch quality issues – pay close attention to detail to identify and flag defective items before they move down the line.
- Handle materials – move pallets with a pallet jack, stack and break down cartons, and return unused supplies.
- Support production – help with cleanup, quality checks, and other tasks to keep the team on track.

- Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines
- Able to work independently and follow directions
- Willingness to follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English
