- Candidates must be hands-on and have the ability to be client facing and manage stake holders.
- Java Microservices Engineering & Architecture
Deep hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, distributed systems, microservices design, architecture trade-offs, NFRs, and enterprise-scale solution design. - Cloud-Native Platform Delivery
Strong AWS experience with Docker, Kubernetes/EKS, Kafka/event-driven architecture, secure integrations, CI/CD, DevSecOps, observability, and production readiness. - Technical Leadership & Client Consulting
Proven ability to lead distributed engineering teams, mentor developers, manage delivery risks, communicate with client stakeholders, estimate work, and drive modernization outcomes.
Will any specific project or industry experience be required?
- Travel & Hospitality exposure would be preferred.
