- Prepare and bake pizzas according to established recipes, presentation standards, and quality specifications, ensuring consistency and excellence with every product
- Demonstrate proficiency in pizza dough preparation, fermentation techniques, and proper handling to achieve optimal texture and flavor profiles
- Operate and maintain pizza ovens and related kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, troubleshooting any technical issues that arise
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station, including all food preparation, storage, and sanitation areas, adhering to all food safety regulations
- Manage ingredient quality and portion control, ensuring proper food storage and inventory management throughout your shift
- Multitask effectively in a high-pressure environment, prioritizing orders and managing timing to meet customer expectations
