The Administrative Assistant/Clinical Trials Support position provides administrative and organizational support for clinical trial activities within the Orthopedic Medicine and Mobility (OMM) and Canine Action Network to Defend Osteoarthritis (CANDO) Clinical Trials program. This position serves as a central communication and coordination resource for participating in clinical sites, pet owners enrolled in studies, sponsors, and donors. This role is non-clinical and non-scientific in nature and does not include responsibilities related to patient care, research data collection or analysis, regulatory oversight, protocol development, grant writing, or study proposal preparation. This position provides support for the general administrative operations of a given unit. Responsibilities include reception duties, scheduling, producing reports and correspondence, assisting in fiscal activities and rendering consistent office support. May assist with organizing meetings, travel and events. This position offers the potential for a hybrid work environment, with a combination of in-person and remote work, based on training requirements.
