Our client is looking for someone who designs modern learning solutions such as online courses, virtual instructor led courses, instructional videos, and job aids to help users learn new software and meet business goals. You will work with various stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to determine needs and isolate targeted behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to provide new skills, change employee behavior, identify learning needs, and develop learning solutions
• Identify behavioral objectives to meet business goals
• Select delivery methods (online, workshop, virtual, etc.),
• Design and develop content
• Design and develop resources
• Perform other duties as assigned

This is a contract opportunity with a great organization. As a contractor for Smith Johnson, you are eligible for medical, dental, life, disability. Smith Johnson pays for 70% of your medical and dental and 100% of life and disability. The contract is also eligible for PTO/holiday accrued monthly.
