Job Summary
The CT Technologist profession is available in the specified location. This full-time position involves weekend shifts scheduled from Saturday to Monday, with a total of 38 hours per week. The role requires a healthcare professional with at least one year of experience in computed tomography (CT) imaging, holding relevant certifications. The technologist will perform imaging procedures utilizing a variety of advanced equipment and techniques, ensuring patient safety and quality standards are maintained throughout their shift.
Job Details
- Schedule: Saturday to Monday, 9-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of experience in CT imaging; ARRT (R) in CT certification; current BLS certification; NY state license in hand prior to start date.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with EPIC charting system; community hospital experience; proficiency in advanced imaging techniques such as 3D rendering, multiplanar reconstruction, and radiation safety.
- Certifications: ARRT (R)(CT), BLS, IV certification.
- Additional Information: Candidates must have a NY state license prior to start. Candidates within a 75-mile radius are not accepted. Travel experience is not required but preferred. This role involves floating and coverage for vacations, with flexible scheduling to accommodate operational needs. Modules for billing up to 5 hours can be completed pre-start; total module time may reach 10 hours. Return staff policy requires a 6-month gap between assignments.
