    Our Kelly Education Account Manager is accountable for:

    • Serving as the primary day-to-day partner for assigned clients, building strong relationships, understanding their workforce and staffing needs, and delivering responsive, high-quality service.
    • Developing and executing local recruiting strategies to attract and build a pipeline of qualified talent. Partner with recruiting resources and leverage community outreach, events, referrals, and other sourcing strategies to support client staffing needs.
    • Guidin new talent through the onboarding process and create a positive, seamless experience from offer through assignment. Ensure employees are prepared, informed, and supported as they begin working with Kelly Education.
    • Managing the ongoing employee lifecycle, including performance coaching, attendance and engagement, employee concerns, feedback, recognition, retention strategies, and other talent-related needs in partnership with internal teams and client stakeholders.
    • Overseeing the day-to-day delivery of staffing services for assigned accounts, monitoring fulfillment, employee performance, attendance, client satisfaction, and overall account health.
    • Responding to client and employee concerns with urgency, professionalism, and sound judgment. Identify solutions, manage issues through resolution, and partner with appropriate internal stakeholders when escalation or additional support is needed.
    • Tracking staffing activity, fulfillment, workforce trends, client feedback, performance metrics, and other key indicators to identify challenges, improve service delivery, and support business decisions.
    • Identifying opportunities to strengthen client partnerships, retain and expand existing business, and introduce additional Kelly Education solutions that align with evolving client needs.

    Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

    • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer, client, employee, or stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
    • Strong critical-thinking skills and sound judgment, with the ability to assess situations, identify solutions, make timely decisions, and take ownership through resolution.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build credibility, present solutions, manage expectations, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts, competing priorities, deadlines, and changing business needs.
    • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional environment while also taking initiative and operating independently with limited day-to-day direction.
    • Ability to use data, reporting, metrics, and trends to monitor performance, identify opportunities, evaluate outcomes, and support sound business decisions.
    • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities can change quickly, while maintaining composure, professionalism, and a high level of customer service.
    • Experience in account management, customer success, staffing, recruiting, workforce management, sales, human resources, operations, education, or another client-facing service environment is preferred.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Two or more years of experience in account management, customer service, staffing, recruiting, workforce management, sales, operations, human resources, education, or a related field.
    • Experience managing client relationships and/or supporting a workforce, team, or employee population.

    Work Environment & Travel Requirements

    • This is an onsite position requiring regular presence at a local Kelly Education office and/or client location.
    • Ability to travel locally to client sites, schools, recruiting events, community events, networking events, and other business-related activities as needed.
    • A valid U.S. driver's license in good standing is required.
    • Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel to multiple locations within the assigned market as needed.

    Base pay range for this position is $65,000-$72,000 per year, with a target annual bonus opportunity of 10% of base salary. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
