Our Sr. Project Manager is accountable for:

  • Lead end-to-end Managed Service Provider (MSP) implementation projects for new and expanding client accounts across multiple countries.
  • Own all work streams within MSP implementations including: configuration, business process design, supplier onboarding, finance setup, and data migration.
  • Develop and actively monitor detailed project plans using Smartsheet, keeping project teams and stakeholders informed of progress.
  • Track and manage project budgets, adhering to financial targets and communicating variances or risks to senior management.
  • Produce and present regular status updates utilizing RAG (Red/Amber/Green) dashboards and milestone tracking.
  • Facilitate multiple meetings daily, including work stream status discussions, project governance calls, and ad hoc troubleshooting sessions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve project issues to minimize impact on timelines, deliverables, and client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and ensure delivery of project requirements, milestones, and key deliverables
  • Manage stakeholder relationship ensuring effective communication and alignment including clients, KellyOCG internal teams, business units, and leadership.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, sharing best practices and lessons learned across the ETM Implementation team.

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience implementing complex advisory consulting, workforce, or MSP solutions, with proven hands-on MSP implementation.
  • Track record managing multiple work streams and stakeholders in high-complexity, fast-paced environments.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies and tools (Smartsheet experience preferred).
  • Experience implementing Vendor Management Systems (VMS), such as Beeline, Fieldglass, or similar platforms.
  • Strong operational client management skills and a history of high client satisfaction.
  • Broad exposure to business process configuration, supplier onboarding, finance setup, and data migration.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; must be eligible to work in the U.S. and travel up to 10%.
  • Nice to have: Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certification; change management certification.

Base compensation range for this position is $92,400 - $123,200 per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
