    Our CTC Speech Therapist is responsible for providing best-in-class care and exceptional patient outcomes, duties include:

    • Inspiring professional growth by providing individualized, one-to-one care for children in an outpatient setting.
    • Empowering collaboration through co-treatment opportunities with physical, occupational, and speech therapists to enhance patient outcomes.
    • Engaging in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech and language disorders to support communication skill development.
    • Ensuring compliance and efficiency by maintaining accurate records, billing appropriately, and documenting sessions effectively.
    • Promoting safety and effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare professionals in a supportive clinic environment.

    Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences:

    • Master's degree in speech-language pathology or related field required
    • Must be able to obtain proof of current or pending Minnesota State Certification in Speech Language Pathology (ASL/SLP). (Certification is obtained through a state-approved program and is valid for a minimum of 3 years from the date of accreditation. We also accept CFYs.)
    • 2+ years' experience working with children with speech disorders is preferred
    • Must possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
    • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
    • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
    • Must possess outstanding time management skills and the ability to multi-task
