We are looking for strong, energetic, people-focused Fleet Manager to lead the fleet operations for Coggin Ford, Coggin Chevy and Coggin Buick GMC ,who will also help us redefine the car-buying experience.

The Commercial Fleet Manager is expected to build, grow and establish strong relationships with businesses, trade associations and commercial customers. Through those relationships, solicit sales opportunities and build a robust network of business prospects. The goal is to "earn a customer for life" by maintaining a positive long-term relationship based on trust and exceptional customer service.
Maintain and build relationships with prospects and customers through regular contacts at their place of business, supplemented with other communications
Accurately calculate costs of delivering products and services to customers
Writes specs, proposals and Buyer Orders
Works with various upfitters and suppliers to accurately "spec" vehicles and related costs
Works with upfitters and suppliers to meet delivery dates
Ensure the inspection of a product, service, or proposal occurs before delivery
Develop an ever-expanding base of suppliers and upfitters
Work with management to marker commercial vehicles in a variety of ways
Keeps up to date prospect and customer data in the CRM system, including past and future contacts
Set appointments in a timely manner
Establish short and long-term performance goals
Plan and prioritize daily work activities
Analyze and summarize data at the end of each day, week and month
Report objectives, activities, analyzes status reports to management as requested
Displays a thorough understanding of product and services, features and benefits
Effectively explain warranties and other technical information to customers
Research appropriate vehicle solutions and specifications from reliable sources
Display realistic understanding of competitors vehicles, services and warranties
Work with management to maintain a proper mix of vehicles
Must be at-least eighteen years of age
Must have a valid Drivers Licences
Must be able to pass pre employment screening (background and drug)
