133-26 Building Maintenance Worker (Facilities Maintenance)

133-26 Building Maintenance Worker (Facilities Maintenance): To perform custodial, preventive maintenance and general building maintenance services at various City of Stillwater facilities. This position is responsible for maintaining clean, safe and functional facilities through routine cleaning, inspections, repairs and maintenance activities. Works independently and collaboratively as part of a self-directed team to support the maintenance and operation of City facilities. This position reports to the Facilities Maintenance Manager. 

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license. Experience operating custodial equipment, maintenance tools and performing minor building repairs preferred. 

Starting Rate: $15.08 per hour, plus a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, annual leave, sick leave, holidays, and personal days. 

Schedule: Wednesday through Sunday, with one of the following schedules:

• Option 1: 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Wednesday through Sunday.
• Option 2: 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Wednesday through Saturday, with a four-hour shift on Sunday.
