Pro Resources is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a direct hire opportunity with a growing industrial facility in Indianapolis, IN. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for maintaining equipment and facility operations in a small, team-oriented environment.
Pay & Schedule
$55,000-$60,000 annually, based on experience
Salaried, non-exempt (eligible for overtime pay)
2nd shift position (1st shift training required)

What You'll Do
Lead and coordinate maintenance activities to keep equipment and facility operations running efficiently
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical equipment
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Perform welding and torch work as needed
Maintain maintenance records, enter data, and create electronic purchase orders
Coordinate repairs and projects with outside contractors
Perform facility maintenance, including electrical, painting, and carpentry repairs
Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company procedures
Work with a variety of industrial equipment in both indoor and outdoor environments
