126-26 Capital Programs Project Manager I/II/Senior

126-26 Capital Programs Project Manager I/II/Senior: Provide assistance, management and oversight of capital infrastructure projects which may include planning, studies, design, construction, and associated efforts related to the City's water distribution, water treatment, wastewater collection, wastewater treatment and raw water supply systems. Related activities include scope and budget preparation; development of professional agreements and construction contracts; technical review of submittals, reports and construction plans; determining compliance with City, State and Federal standards; coordination with other divisions, departments and agencies; managing pay claims and payment processes; preparing budget amendments and revisions, requisition requests, memoranda and reports related to project implementation; and participating int her responsible planning of capital infrastructure improvement projects for the Engineering department and Stillwater Utilities Authority. Requirements: Project Manager I

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Biosystems, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

OR

• Associate's degree in science, engineering technology or general studies. 
• Three (3) years of experience in civil engineering, construction management or project management in a similar work environment.

OR

• Five (5) years of overall experience related to civil engineering, construction management or similar field.

Starting Salary: $55,057.60- $78,520.00 DOQ plus a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, annual leave, sick leave, holidays, and personal days.

Project Manager II

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Biosystems, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Five (5) years of experience in engineering, construction management, and project management related to civil works projects. 

OR

• Ten (10) years of overall experience related to civil engineering, construction management or similar field.

Starting Salary: $63,814.40- $91,020.80 DOQ plus a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, annual leave, sick leave, holidays, and personal days.

Sr. Project Manager

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Biosystems, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Masters degree preferred. 
• Ten (10) years of experience in engineering, construction management, and project management related to civil works projects.

OR

• Fifteen (15) years of overall experience related to civil engineering, construction management or similar field. 

Starting Salary: $74,006.40- $105,497.60 DOQ plus a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, annual leave, sick leave, holidays, and personal days.
