    POSITION OVERVIEW
    We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of 25th Anniversary Experiences portfolio. This individual will serve as a central point of coordination across internal teams, agency partners, vendors, and executive stakeholders to ensure milestones, budgets, timelines, and deliverables remain on track.

This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to balance strategic priorities with day-to-day execution.
    This is a fixed-term contract position supporting the planning and execution of -Davidson's 125th Anniversary celebration. The role is expected to begin in Q4 2026 and continue through the anniversary period ending in October 2028. The position will provide dedicated project management support across a portfolio of events, experiences, stakeholder engagements, and cross-functional initiatives designed to commemorate this historic milestone.
    Key Responsibilities
    Leadership
    Partners closely with Experiences leadership and key cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment, accountability, and execution across the 125th Anniversary portfolio. This role influences outcomes through collaboration and project leadership rather than direct people management.
    Responsible for leading peer to peer and at all levels of the organization to create a comprehensive and collaborative approach to the portfolio of programming and events.
    Project Planning & Execution:
    Develop comprehensive project plans for various events, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
    Works closely with the Experiences Team to ensure a cohesive approach to delivery and execution of the entire portfolio of events and programs for the year.
    Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
    Assist in creating engaging materials, programs, and unique experiences tailored to each event.
    Coordinate with internal departments, including Marketing and Brand, Commercial, Operations, Partnerships, PR and social media, to ensure alignment and synergy across all initiatives.
    125th Anniversary Program Support
    Support the planning and execution of 125th Anniversary event portfolio from October 2027 through October 2028.
    Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, action logs, and status reports.
    Coordinate deliverables across Experiences, Marketing, Communications, Retail, Partnerships, H.O.G., Riding Academy, Commercial, and Operations teams.
    Facilitate project meetings and document decisions, risks, action items, and dependencies.
    Track key milestones and proactively identify risks to timing, budget, and execution.
    Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external agencies, vendors, production partners, and venues.
    Support leadership updates and executive presentations related to anniversary planning and execution.
    Assist with onsite event operations and production management as needed.
    Issue Resolution & Adaptability:
    Anticipate and address any issues or challenges that arise during the event planning and execution phases.
    Adapt to changing circumstances and priorities with flexibility and a solutions-oriented mindset.
    Performance Analysis:
    Analyze event performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations for future improvements.
    Experience Requirements
    Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
    At least 7 years of proven experience in event management, project management, or marketing.
    Ability to travel throughout the year.
    Strong organizational skills with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
    Experience managing large-scale events, activations, conferences, festivals, or experiential marketing programs.
    Experience coordinating projects involving multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and fixed deadlines.
    Proven ability to build project plans, manage schedules, and drive accountability across teams.
    Strong presentation and executive communication skills.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Experience in budgeting and working with external suppliers.
    Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities.
    Creative problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    (Preferred) Motorcycle riding experience or a willingness to learn to ride.
