What Youll Do- Provide routine and complex emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced ER environment
- Assess patient conditions, perform physical assessments, and prioritize care
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions following protocols
- Document patient histories, care plans, and clinical data accurately
- Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
- Demonstrate leadership and adherence to safety and compliance standards
What You NeedRequired:- Current RN license in Texas or a compact state
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications (all from AHA)
- Minimum 1 year of ER nursing experience preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and weekend requirements
Preferred:- Experience working in a hospital Emergency Department setting
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
