What You’ll Do
  • Provide routine and complex emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced ER environment
  • Assess patient conditions, perform physical assessments, and prioritize care
  • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions following protocols
  • Document patient histories, care plans, and clinical data accurately
  • Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatments
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
  • Demonstrate leadership and adherence to safety and compliance standards


What You Need
Required:
  • Current RN license in Texas or a compact state
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications (all from AHA)
  • Minimum 1 year of ER nursing experience preferred
  • Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and weekend requirements

Preferred:
  • Experience working in a hospital Emergency Department setting
  • Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
