    Description

    Our client, a UK-based investment firm with a Midtown Manhattan presence, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruitment Coordinator (12-month fixed-term contract) to support their HR team. This role will work closely with HR Business Partners and play a key role in delivering successful recruitment outcomes across the firm.

    The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for managing candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, supporting assessments, and ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience. This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role requiring strong organizational skills, communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

    This role is based in the firm’s Midtown office and operates on a fully in-office schedule, 5 days per week from 9:00am–6:00pm. RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Support the HR team across experienced and graduate recruitment processes
    • Act as a liaison between candidates, hiring teams, and external recruitment partners
    • Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple stakeholders
    • Facilitate candidate assessments and testing logistics
    • Consolidate interview feedback and assessment results
    • Screen CVs to ensure alignment with role requirements
    • Manage candidate pipelines within the Greenhouse ATS system
    • Assign scorecards, track hiring progress, and support reporting
    • Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the process
    • Assist with general recruitment administration and ad hoc projects
      REQUIREMENTS:
    • Bachelor’s degree required, with a minimum GPA of 3.4
    • 2-5 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative roles within a corporate environment preferred
    • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs
    • Proactive, curious, and solutions-oriented mindset
    • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with senior stakeholders
    • Strong sense of ownership and follow-through
    • Experience with ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse) is a plus

    HOURS:
    • Monday through Friday
    • 9:00am – 6:00pm
    • Fully in-office (5 days per week)
    COMPENSATION:
    • $80,000–$125,000 base (DOE)
    • Please note: this is a fixed-term contract role and does not offer benefits
    • There is a possibility of extension or conversion, though this is not guaranteed
