What You’ll Do:
  • Assist with complex interventional radiology procedures using fluoroscopy, CT, laser, and ultrasonography
  • Circulate and scrub during vascular and neuro procedures
  • Provide patient education and assist with patient care within scope
  • Manage inventory and coordinate scheduling for the IR lab
  • Ensure proper imaging storage and PACS procedures
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and report malfunctions
  • Collaborate with physicians and staff to promote smooth workflow
  • Uphold compliance with all policies, including confidentiality and safety standards
  • Adapt to various shifts and locations as needed

What You Need:
  • Vascular Interventional Radiography (VI) certified by ARRT
  • Current Texas MRT license
  • BLS certification (AHA)
  • At least 1 year of experience in interventional procedures
  • Strong technical skills and professionalism
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

This role is based in a 650-bed hospital serving inpatient and outpatient populations. The Interventional Radiology Technologist will support vascular and neuro imaging procedures, helping ensure patient safety and high-quality care in a dynamic clinical environment. The assignment involves working closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to deliver efficient, accurate diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
