Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and professional Independent Insurance Agents to market and sell Medicare products including Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans. This is a Hybrid role- partially field sales/community based and partially telesales oriented.  Each individual should plan to scale to your personal strengths while capitalizing on your natural local market. Relationships are the key to success in this role. 

This opportunity is ideal for:

• Licensed agents looking to grow their own book of business

As a 1099 Independent Agent, you will have the flexibility to build your business your way while leveraging our contracts, training, marketing support, and industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Educate Medicare beneficiaries on available coverage options
• Conduct compliant sales presentations and enrollments
• Build and maintain a personal book of business
• Develop referral and community-based marketing relationships
• Maintain all CMS and carrier compliance requirements
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
• Provide exceptional client service and retention support

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License (required) Life Insurance License Preferred too
• Medicare certification or willingness to obtain certification
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
• Prior Medicare sales experience preferred, but not required
• Dependable transportation required

Compensation

This is a commission-only independent contractor position with uncapped earning potential. Additional incentives, overrides, and growth opportunities may be available based on production and leadership development.
