• Manageable patient volume averaging 12-16 appointments per day using wave scheduling, with most new patients pre-evaluated by therapists.
• Supportive practice model with therapists, APPs, modern Cerner EMR, AI-enabled dictation tools

Compensation & Benefits

• RVU-based compensation Up to $325,650 + Production
• Sign-on bonus $25,000 plus up to $10,000 annual quality bonus tied to documentation and safety metrics.
