Event details
- Date: Saturday, June 6, 2026 Chattanooga, TN
- Shift: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, 9 hours
Staffing Needed
- 12 event staff
- 1 lead (supervisor): manages check-in/check-out, break rotations, and is your single point of contact on-site
Roles
- Manage individual event stations (tug of war, wiffle ball, field goal kicking, and 6 to 7 others)
- Keep score, run stopwatches
- Manage participant flow and lines
- Light station cleanup at the end of the event (nothing heavier than 50 lbs)
Dress and logistics
- White t-shirts and shorts (we are obtaining the color information for the shorts)
- Meal voucher provided to each staff member at no cost
- Free parking for all workers (a map will be provided once details are confirmed)
