CREO - Instructor - Basic & Advanced - Seattle WA

We are looking to Hire a part time Remote CREO Instructor preferably from the Seattle area but other locations will be considered. The ideal candidate will have working experience in a field using CREO. The training is typically conducted by industry experienced design/engineer and the course is tailored to the specific needs of the student; this can be done with our Online CAD Mentoring Program from home https://keltia-design.com/online-cad-mentoring/

Keltia is a technical support services company providing Engineering Design, CAD Training along with Specialized Technical Recruiting services to mainly the aerospace and other industries in WA State, around the US, Canada and Europe. We have been in business 20 years in the US and 8 years in Europe.

Job Requirements:

  • At least five (5) years' work experience in the field of design and/or engineering, directly involved with the application of CAD tools to create 3D models and 2D drawings.
  • Professional experience with CREO
  • Professional experience with PRO/E helpful
  • Understanding of and commitment to teaching, mission and philosophy.
  • Innovative, flexible and positive teaching style and understanding the needs of students from diverse backgrounds.

Required Skills:

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
  • Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
  • Ability to integrate computer applications into teaching.

Other Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to apply knowledge of current research and theory to instructional program; ability to plan and implement lessons based on division and objectives and the needs and abilities of students to whom assigned.
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with students, peers, staff and administrators.
  • Skill in oral and written communication.
