Facilitate participation in community-based and meaningful day activities. Accurately document all services in accordance with OE standards and regulatory requirements. Monitor and report progress toward goals. Ensure health, safety, and well-being at all times. Maintain professional boundaries and effective communication with all stakeholders. Demonstrate flexibility to adapt to changing needs and environments.
