Project ISAAC 21st CCLC Afterschool Programs
Up to 12 weekly hours
10 weekly hours must be Monday through Thursday afterschool during program hours
Maximum of 100 programmatic days (300 hours) from the start of program which must start no later than October 15th
12 hours pre-planning, 4 hours post-programming closeout and 5 hours of pre-program training
$35/hour for certified teachers, Hourly wage will be adjusted accordingly for those not holding a professional teaching certificate

IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: Project ISAAC Director
QUALIFICATIONS:
- WV Teaching certification or Bachelor Degree is preferred
- Experience in the educational field preferred
- Experience working with youth preferred
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Office 365, presentation software, and database applications
- Must be able to work flexible hours outside of the regular school day
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee daily operation of afterschool program at the school site.
- Develop and deliver site-based programs. Activities may include: recruiting, training, and supervising volunteers; coordinating transportation and food service; recruiting, training, and supervising staff; requisitioning materials, conducting staff/program evaluations, attending community meetings as directed by the Project Director, planning program delivery, and supervising students.
- Recruit potential partners and collaborate with existing grant partners to deliver programs.
- Build program advocacy and sustainability.
- Coordinate site staff meetings, workshops, and professional development for program continuity and improvement.
- Chair and organize the local site Advisory Council meetings.
- Collaborate with regular day teachers, school, and district personnel.
- Assist with implementation requirements of the grant, such as: preparing of reports, maintaining inventory of site equipment, and maintaining accurate site program records for project evaluation.
- Participate in meetings, workshops, trainings, and conferences related to grant administration as requested by the Project ISAAC Director.
- Prepare public relations materials and presentations.
- Maintain paperwork as assigned by Project ISAAC Director, including lesson plans check sheets and timesheets.
- Contact media to publicize center activities.
- Assist the Project ISAAC Director with development of materials for distribution to parents and community members.
