Job Description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

 

5. Strong functional expertise in Infor WFM, particularly Time & Attendance and Workforce Scheduling.
5. Configure business rules, scheduling rules, pay rules, overtime, balances, accruals, and employee roles.
5. Understand complex workforce processes, including shift bidding, vacation bidding, schedule changes, qualifications, and union rules.
5. Gather requirements and translate them into functional designs and user stories.
5. Work with HR, payroll, operations, ServiceNow, SAP, Kronos, and technical integration teams.
5. Lead functional testing, UAT, issue analysis, business validation, and user training.
5. Experience in airline, transportation, preferred.

 

Roles & Responsibilities

5. Lead the functional design, configuration, and implementation of Infor Workforce Management (WFM) solutions, with a strong focus on Time & Attendance and Workforce Scheduling modules. 
5. Configure and maintain business rules, pay rules, overtime rules, attendance policies, accruals, balances, employee groups, roles, and security profiles. 
5. Analyze and support complex workforce management processes, including: 
5. Shift bidding and vacation bidding
5. Schedule optimization and schedule changes
5. Employee qualifications and certifications
5. Union work rules and labor agreements
5. Compliance and workforce policy management
5. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements, and translate them into functional specifications, user stories, and solution designs. 
5. Work closely with HR, Payroll, Operations, ServiceNow, SAP, Kronos, and integration teams to deliver end-to-end workforce management solutions. 
5. Drive workshops, requirement discovery sessions, solution reviews, and stakeholder discussions. 
5. Perform functional configuration, solution validation, impact analysis, and change management activities. 
5. Lead functional testing efforts, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, and business validation. 
5. Support data migration, cutover planning, deployment activities, and post-production stabilization. 
5. Provide guidance on best practices related to workforce scheduling, labor optimization, compliance, and process improvements. 
5. Develop training materials, conduct end-user training sessions, and provide ongoing business support. 
5. Collaborate with technical teams to support integrations, reporting requirements, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution. 
5. Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Infor WFM and provide leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and business users.
