TITLE: Warehouse Person C
POSITION OBJECTIVE: Operate in a safe and efficient manner. Facilitating the movement of product and raw materials from one location to another, properly load and unload trailers, as well as properly pull product for shipping to customer.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school graduate or equivalentGood oral and written communication skillsAble to operate a forklift - certification preferredCDL A License not required but is a plusBox truck experience a plusPrevious experience in shipping and receiving preferredKnowledge of MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems is a plusStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment safelyExcellent communication skills to coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal teamsEnsure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessaryCapable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Shipping and Receiving (Driving Required)Receive incoming shipments and verify the contents against the purchase ordersInspect and document any damages or discrepancies in shipmentsUnload, sort, and label incoming packages and materialsPrepare outgoing shipments by packing, sealing, and labeling itemsEnsure accurate documentation of all shipments and maintain records of received and shipped itemsCoordinate with carriers to schedule pick-ups and deliveriesOperate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks to move materials as neededAssist in inventory management by conducting regular cycle counts
