Position Overview

We are seeking a Steel Worker / Utility / Fabricator to support equipment operation, shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, welding, and fabrication activities in a steel fabrication environment.

The selected candidate will assist with or operate mobile equipment, perform MIG welding, operate horizontal saw equipment, and support the movement and fulfillment of customer orders.

This position requires knowledge of basic hand tools, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and a commitment to safe work practices and established housekeeping standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with or operate mobile equipment.
• Perform shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment activities.
• Perform MIG welding.
• Operate horizontal saw equipment.
• Follow and uphold safety policies, practices, and procedures.
• Maintain established housekeeping standards.
• Collaborate with the Production Supervisor and team members to meet operational needs.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of basic hand tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability to work second or third shift, weekends, and holidays as operating conditions require.
• Ability to demonstrate and uphold safe work practices.
• Ability to work onsite in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania.

Work Environment

• Onsite steel fabrication and material handling environment in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania.
• Work involves mobile equipment, MIG welding, horizontal saw operation, shipping, and receiving.
• Regular collaboration with the Production Supervisor and other team members.
• Strong emphasis on safety, teamwork, and housekeeping.
• Second- or third-shift availability required, with weekend and holiday work as operating conditions require.
