Description
Purpose: Provide cleaning and light maintenance duties for the contract
Duties:
Clean floors, restrooms, offices, cafeterias, auditoriums, classrooms, athletic facilities as assigned by supervisor
Change light bulbs
Change filters
Unclog toilets
Other maintenance related duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
Extensive Background Check as this position is in a school
Drug Testing
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be able to lift 30 pounds during the entire shift
Must be able to stand for the entire shift
Must be able to climb stairs for the entire shift
Must be able to work overhead
Must not have a fear of heights
Must be able to climb a ladder
Must be capable of bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and squatting for the entire shift
Must be capable of pushing a manual broom and mop
Must be detailed oriented
Must have reliable transportation arrangements
Must be comfortable working in a school setting
Must be able to assist with meeting set-ups
Must be willing to wear all required PPE
Must adhere to all safety protocols
