Primary Purpose: Maintain the grounds to the requirements of the contract. Duties: - Grounds: Cut Grass, Weed Eat and Trim Bushes
- Sidewalks: Blow off Debris and Pressure Wash
- Trash: Remove All Trash from Grounds and Empty All Trash Receptacles
Requirements: - Background Check
- Drug Testing
- Muat have a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to operate a Zero Turn Lawnmower
- Must be able to operate a weed eater
- Must be able to operate a blower
- Must be able to work in extreme heat and cold
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds for the entire shift
- Must be able to stand for the entire shift
- Must be able to climb stairs for the entire shift
- Must be capable of bending, pushing, pulling, and squatting for the entire shift
- Must be detailed oriented
- Must have reliable transportation arrangements
- Must be comfortable working in a commercial setting
- Must be willing to wear all required PPE
- Must adhere to all safety protocols
