012-239 Groundskeeper Continental FT $20

Primary Purpose:

Maintain grounds to the requirements of the contract.

Duties:

• Cut grass using a zero-turn mower
• Operate a tractor
• Remove Weeds
• Remove Trash
• Plant Vegetation as needed
• Perform Duties on the grounds as instructed by management
• Paint areas that are assigned
• Perform Light Carpentry work

Requirements:

• Knowledge of painting
• Knowledge of carpentry work
• Knowledge of using a zero-turn mower
• Knowledge of using a tractor
• The ability to stand, bend, push, pull, walk and lift up to 25 lbs. for the entire shift
• The ability to take instruction from management
• The ability to pass a background check
• The ability to pass a drug test
• Must be willing to wear all required PPE
• Must adhere to all safety protocols

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Must be comfortable working in heat and cold outside
• Must be able to lift 30 pounds for the entire shift
