    General Duties & Responsibilities
    • Provide student support within the Learning Center
    • Support students that have technical difficulties
    • Problem solving that may include contacting JPS Tech support / Grad Alliance Tech support
    • Provide assistance to students that have curricular difficulties
    • Show students how to use the resources available, both with Grad Alliance and otherwise
    • Maintain a positive learning environment within the Learning Center
    • Ensure that all Wildcat Prep rules are followed within the Learning Center
    • Use Securely & Video cameras systems as tools for this
    • Take attendance each hour using PowerSchool & Google Sheets
    • Monitor student behavior and engagement
    • Monitor the school wide pass system & handbook compliance
    • Monitor & document Graduation Alliance completion/progress and credit recovery progress/completion
    • Work with the Tech Dept. to ensure student access to WPP spaces & WPP Tech
    • Track IDs / FOB access cards • Maintain all key documents that allow for tracking/communication with students and their Student Support Team
    • Provide updates to the Student Support Team on progress/lack of progress in the Learning Center
    • Closely collaborate with the Coordinator to assist students, troubleshoot issues as they arise, and shape the program in order to provide the students with the best possible outcome and a meaningful experience
