    This opportunity is with Yum & Chill Restaurant Group, a growing franchisee passionate about people, food, and opportunity. We currently operate multiple Taco Bell and Wendy's locations - and we're growing fast!

    We're looking for natural leaders who are ready to take the next step - with a fast-paced, fun, and supportive environment.

    What You'll Do:

    • Lead shifts and keep the team motivated and on track
    • Deliver excellent guest service, even during busy hours
    • Train and coach new crew members
    • Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards
    • Support the General Manager with daily operations

    What You'll Need:

    • At least 1 year of restaurant or retail leadership experience
    • High school diploma or GED
    • A hands-on, team-first attitude
    • Great problem-solving and decision-making skills
    • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
