Material HandlingEnsures orderly production and distribution of productsMaintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and keeping materials and supplies in stock, recording location of inventory, and reporting shortagesLocates and packs materials for shippingPrepares finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, loading, and securing productDocuments product shipment by recording units shipped.Safely operates forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move productsKeeps inventory, loading area and machinery cleanLearns and adheres to workplace safety regulationsRequirements:Job Description: Looking for a Night Shift Crew Supervisor! This is a great opportunity to show off your management skills and grow with a great company. You should have great attention to detail to maintain accurate records. Physical strength is required since you may often need to lift products by hand. If you have past management, pulping, shipping/receiving, and production experience, we'd like to meet you.ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage employees alongside the site operations managerWork with and lead employees in production, pulping, and shipping/receivingAssist with timekeepingSkillsMust have a minimum of 2 years of supervisor experience.Must have a minimum of 2 years forklift experience.Able to supervise a team of at least 5.Previous Warehouse Management experience preferred, but not required.Proven experience with managing employeesFamiliarity with pulpingExperience in using warehouse equipment (e.g. forklifts, pallet jacks)Experience in production and shipping/receivingDexterity and attention to detailOrganizational skillsAbility to meet the physical demands of the jobAvailability to occasionally work overtime, and nights and weekends when needed.Pay: $19/hrWe will conduct a background check and a drug test.We make working for LACOSTA easy, interview today and start work as early as tomorrow!
