    1. Warehouse Operations Management1 Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations to ensure all processes run efficiently as planned. 2 Manage receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes to ensure compliance with customer and company standards. 3 Audit inventory management procedures to ensure the accuracy of Warehouse Management System (WMS) data and reduce inventory discrepancies.2. Team Management/Team Leadership1 Lead and train warehouse team members to enhance the team's overall skills and performance. 2 Develop work plans and assign tasks to ensure team members complete their work efficiently. 3 Provide performance feedback, recognize high-performing employees, and help underperforming staff improve their results. 4 Ensure the team adheres to safety protocols to minimize accidents and operational errors.3. Quality Control & Safety Compliance1 Inspect product quality to ensure compliance with the company's quality standards and customer requirements. 2 Implement and oversee safety regulations to ensure that team members work in a safe environment. 3 Report and resolve operational issues, including equipment malfunctions, inventory discrepancies, and logistics delays1. Associate's degree or higher, or equivalent qualification2. At least 2 years of warehouse operations experience; candidates with team management experience will be given priority.3. Preference will be given to candidates who can operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).4. Possess basic computer skills and be able to use inventory management and transportation software.5. Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data management and report generation.6. Possesses sufficient physical strength to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and work standing for extended periods.7.
