    Team Members to provide exceptional service in our Special Order Service Call Center. The Veterans Canteen Service (VCS) located at the St. Louis, MO, VA Medical Center is seeking a part-timeCustomer Service Representative who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is committed to serving America's Heroes.

    Duties

    Help

    As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring the Special Order 800 Service call center, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the program while at the same time providing the highest level of customer service. Will receive orders for tires from VCS customers nationwide. The position holds the responsibility for ensuring orders placed via email are accurately entered into RMS. Responsible for verifying and gathering information from VCS customers and notifying service centers of the customers.

    Additional Conditions of Employment include:

    -Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.

    -Subject to background/security investigation.

    Qualifications

    Qualification Requirements:

    • 1-2 years of experience with knowledge of office automation equipment/functions, computers, copiers, scanners, Microsoft Office (including Excel and Word), etc.
    • Experienced in operating computer systems such as Microsoft Excel and Word
    • Possesses effective communication skills
    • Must be able to multitask and work effectively to meet deadlines
    • A current, valid REAL ID is required to work at Veterans Canteen Service.
