UX / UI Graphics Designer

Job Location: Austin, TX Job Type: Contract

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Experience in visual and graphic design, eLearning development, poster, banners, and communication design material.
• Work along with the client team (or other functions in the team) to understand and take forward the solution approach and design to the development and execution phase.
• Work through the various phases of design and development.
• Thorough understanding and experience of working on ILTs, WBTs, and other learning interventions using effective visual design strategies.
• Thorough understanding of graphical user interface, user experience in learning program, responsive design, and typical application training.
• Experience in visual storyboards and animation creation and page integration in the courseware.
• Understand the quality assurance norms and guidelines.
• Understanding of the VO script to create animation using animation tools.

Leadership:

• Serve as lead graphic designer and supervise the work of graphic designers in the team.
• Serve as the senior reviewer and design lead for projects.
• Create and coordinate communications.
• Work as part of a global team with a focus on scale.
• Should have demonstrated experience in managing teams.
• Should be able to identify competency gaps for graphic designers in the team and mentor them to achieve higher levels of quality and productivity.
• Should have extensive client-facing/customer management experience.

• Microsoft - Office
• eLearning: Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Audacity,
• Adobe: Animate, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere,
• Bachelors/Master's degree in Graphic Design/Vis.Com/Fine Arts with an excellent understanding of design fundamentals.
• Certification in Multimedia/Animation and UI/UX will be an added advantage.
