What you'll do:- Define program goals, deliverables, schedules, and critical paths to manage multiple medium to high-complexity programs aligned with strategic objectives.
- Secure commitment from cross-functional teams and manage dependencies to ensure seamless program execution.
- Translate product requirements into technical designs and collaborate on system architecture for scalability and performance.
- Monitor program progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans to maintain quality and timelines.
- Communicate program status, risks, and updates clearly to stakeholders and teams using appropriate channels.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance program delivery.
- Establish and maintain operational excellence frameworks including monitoring, alerting, and release management.
What you'll bring:- Proven expertise in program management techniques, tools, and frameworks to plan and deliver multiple medium to high-complexity programs aligned with strategic objectives.
- Strong technical knowledge of system architecture, cloud infrastructure, software platforms, and service management concepts including ITIL.
- Ability to independently manage risks, budgets, and cross-functional dependencies while driving program execution and continuous improvement.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills to build alignment, communicate progress, and resolve issues across teams.
- Analytical problem-solving capabilities to synthesize data, identify solutions, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Effective communication skills to prepare clear reports and engage with technical and business audiences.
