Role summary:The Staff Software Engineer will lead the development and delivery of scalable platform capabilities, including infrastructure, tooling, and AI/ML frameworks, applying cloud-native architecture principles. This role involves full lifecycle ownership of software development, from design and coding to deployment and maintenance, while driving engineering excellence through system design reviews and technical mentorship. About the team:The team leads the design and development of advanced iOS advertising experiences, focusing on architecture, performance, and monetization. Collaborating closely with Product, Design, Data Science, and Engineering groups, the team delivers scalable, high-quality mobile solutions that enhance the shopper journey. Emphasizing reusable frameworks, SDKs, and operational excellence, members drive innovation through data-driven decision-making and best practices. The team fosters technical growth by mentoring engineers and promoting collaboration across disciplines to ensure reliable, efficient, and impactful software delivery aligned with business goals and customer needs.
