Role summary:
As a Staff Software Engineer, you will lead the design and delivery of scalable platform capabilities, driving the full software development lifecycle from coding to deployment and maintenance. You will apply cloud-native architecture principles and integrate AI/ML technologies to build innovative solutions that enhance engineering productivity and system resilience. This role requires strong technical leadership, mentorship, and collaboration across teams to ensure alignment with business goals and architectural standards. You will champion engineering excellence through data-driven decision-making, continuous improvement, and effective problem-solving in a dynamic environment.

The Data Ventures team advances supplier-facing analytics by integrating data engineering, product intelligence, and supplier experience. They develop a centralized, role-aware intelligence platform delivering real-time insights into key business metrics. Their solutions enable dynamic, self-serve analytics and replace offline workflows with AI-driven forecasting and recommendations. Focused on scalable data products, the team directly impacts supplier health and supply chain performance.
