    Role summary:

    The (USA) Senior Solution Consultant plays a critical role in bridging business needs with innovative technology solutions. This position requires expertise in analyzing complex business requirements, designing scalable system architectures, and guiding solution implementation to align with strategic objectives. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to interpret data models, assess risks, and recommend process improvements. Leveraging deep domain knowledge and technical acumen, the consultant supports decision-making through clear communication and effective stakeholder engagement, ensuring successful delivery of business-driven technology initiatives. **Immigration Sponsorship support will NOT be available for this position**
    About the team:
    The CoreHR group drives the development and enhancement of a scalable SAP SuccessFactors SaaS ecosystem supporting key technology and business initiatives globally. This team leads strategic delivery and continuous optimization of HRMS capabilities, ensuring consistent experiences across markets. Collaborating closely with business partners and product owners, the team designs and implements solutions across multiple SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central and Talent. It emphasizes reliability, scalability, and operational excellence through strong engineering and integration practices. Operating across the US and India, the team plays a vital role in advancing enterprise strategy and delivering a world-class associate experience.
    What you'll do:
    • Translate complex business requirements into effective solution designs aligned with organizational strategy.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business metrics and recommend process improvements.
    • Develop detailed technical documentation and configuration plans to support solution implementation.
    • Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to inform solution innovation and risk management.
    • Lead integration and testing efforts to ensure seamless functionality across platforms.
    • Provide expert guidance on system architecture, data modeling, and cloud computing applications.
    • Support project execution by coordinating cross-functional teams and monitoring progress against objectives.

    • Extensive experience in solution design, systems architecture, and configuration management within complex business environments.
    • Strong proficiency in business requirements analysis, technical analysis, and translating stakeholder needs into actionable solutions.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of cloud computing, software development, and engineering design processes to support scalable and secure solutions.

    The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
