The (USA) Senior Solution Consultant plays a critical role in bridging business needs with innovative technology solutions. This position requires expertise in analyzing complex business requirements, designing scalable system architectures, and guiding solution implementation to align with strategic objectives. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to interpret data models, assess risks, and recommend process improvements. About the team:
The CoreHR group drives the development and enhancement of a scalable SAP SuccessFactors SaaS ecosystem supporting key technology and business initiatives globally. This team leads strategic delivery and continuous optimization of HRMS capabilities, ensuring consistent experiences across markets. Collaborating closely with business partners and product owners, the team designs and implements solutions across multiple SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central and Talent. It emphasizes reliability, scalability, and operational excellence through strong engineering and integration practices. Operating across the US and India, the team plays a vital role in advancing enterprise strategy and delivering a world-class associate experience.
