The Sam's Club Loyalty team develops and delivers systems engaging over 35 million members annually through cashback rewards and personalized renewal journeys. This technology-driven team leverages data experimentation, behavioral economics, and real-time personalization to enhance membership value and satisfaction. Focused on continuous improvement and innovation, the team applies advanced technologies to create impactful experiences that support business growth and member engagement. What you''ll do:

• Lead delivery of scoped features and models through collaborative engineering teams, ensuring alignment with platform and system objectives.
• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality, efficient code across multiple programming languages, supporting full software development lifecycle and CI/CD processes.
• Integrate AI/ML components and leverage generative AI tools to enhance software capabilities and development efficiency.
• Participate in solution design, conduct code reviews, and apply best practices for scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Monitor application performance, support defect resolution, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor peers and contribute to knowledge sharing and engineering excellence.

What you''ll bring:

• Extensive experience in software development with proficiency in languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, Rust, Dart, and C++.
• Strong expertise in object-oriented programming, code review, debugging, and documentation-based coding practices.
• Proven ability to deliver scoped features and models through collaborative, iterative development and continuous integration.
• Experience integrating AI/ML components and leveraging generative AI tools to enhance development efficiency.
• Demonstrated skills in solution design, technical leadership, and applying scalable, maintainable software architecture.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
