About the team:

The Walmart Marketplace Health & Wellness team develops an integrated ecosystem to enhance customer access to healthcare and optimize health benefits. This team leads strategy and growth across Directed Spend, Optical, and Telehealth pillars, focusing on expanding digital health access and benefit utilization. They manage key partnerships, drive product adoption, and scale new growth platforms. The team collaborates cross-functionally to deliver innovative solutions, leveraging strong business planning, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills to support Walmart's mission of providing accessible, valuable health and wellness services to customers.

What you''ll do:

• Drive execution of strategic business plans by identifying customer needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to enhance performance.
• Lead and mentor associates through training, coaching, and performance evaluations to build a high-performing team environment.
• Develop and communicate business cases with clear return on investment to influence stakeholder decision-making.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support collaboration and growth initiatives.
• Oversee sales forecasting, account planning, and negotiation strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
• Promote adherence to company policies, ethics, and compliance standards while fostering continuous improvement and innovation.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
