Role summary:
The Senior Manager, Specialty Compliance and Ethics, leads the development and execution of compliance strategies within the Regulatory Impact and Response team. This role involves monitoring regulatory changes, conducting gap analyses, leading regulatory impact assessments, and advising leadership on compliance risks. The position requires managing policy development, overseeing research on legislation and regulatory trends, deep dives on product and program capabilities, and driving prioritization conversations.

The Regulatory Impact and Response team oversees all earnings-related regulatory impacts affecting the Spark business. This team leads the assessment and management of compliance risks by monitoring laws and regulations, conducting gap analyses, and developing policies to ensure adherence. They provide strategic recommendations to leadership, manage regulatory forecasts, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The team fosters collaboration across business units to address compliance challenges effectively while maintaining high standards of governance and ethics. Their work ensures the organization remains aligned with evolving regulatory requirements and business objectives.
