Role summary:
As the Senior Manager of Transformation & Tools - Inventory Flow, you will serve as the business owner for critical tools and platforms that power our Inventory Flow Optimization team. Operating within a cross-functional "4-in-the-box" model alongside Product, Engineering, and key stakeholders, you will define product requirements, shape roadmaps, and drive the development and adoption of tools that directly improve team performance and decision-making.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, can translate complex business needs into practical, tech-enabled solutions, and enjoys building from the ground up.
About the team:
The Inventory Flow Optimization team bridges Merchandising strategy and Supply Chain execution to enhance inventory movement from supplier to member, focusing on cost, speed, and availability improvements. Within this team, the Transformation & Tools pillar supports enterprise-wide efficiency by developing reusable analytical capabilities and leveraging advanced tools.
This group drives measurable gains through data discovery, analytics, and automation, enabling informed decision-making and optimized business strategies. The team values strong project management and business intelligence skills to deliver impactful insights and support continuous improvement across operations.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
