Role summary:
The Senior Manager, Automation Engineering, Simulation & Digital Twin is a technical leader within the Advanced Engineering organization, responsible for developing and applying simulation and digital twin solutions across complex supply chain systems.
This role partners closely with engineering, operations, product, and technology teams to understand business problems and determine the right modeling approach to solve them. You will use simulation, Operations Research, statistics, optimization, analytics, and AI to model complex systems, evaluate alternatives, and turn results into actionable insights that drive business value.
This is an onsite role based at our Home Office in Bentonville, Arkansas. We are not considering remote applicants, but full relocation is available.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
